Lutherans Concerned InfoX knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared. We appreciate your trust that we will do it carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting InfoX, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
What personal information about customers does InfoX gather?
The information that we gather from customers helps us personalize and improve your shopping experience at InfoX. Here are the types of information we gather.
Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our web site or give us in any other way. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as fulfilling your order, responding to your requests and communicating with you.
Automatic Information: At this time, InfoX uses "cookies" to retrieve and store certain types of information when you interact with us, such as your shopping cart and order details. We will only use this technology to provide you with a friendly and personalized experience at InfoX.
E-mail Communications: When you submit an order from the InfoX web site, we receive the order via a confirmation email containing your order details.

Does InfoX share the information it receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only with the our parent organization, Lutherans Concerned North America as described below.
Protection of InfoX and Lutheran Concerned North America: We may release order and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use; or protect the rights, property, or safety of InfoX, our users, or others.
With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
How Secure Is Information About Me?
Order and personal information is not stored in on our web servers. All InfoX account information is stored offline in our personal computer accounting and order processing system.
If you choose to pay for an InfoX order electronically through an on-line payment service such as PayPal, the security of your information during transmission is governed by the procedures and policies of the electronic payment service.
PayPal and other electronic payment services do not reveal your credit card numbers and account details to us when processing and confirming your order.
It is important that you to protect yourself against unauthorized access to your credit card account. Be sure to not save your account details on a shared computer and sign off when finished using a shared computer.
What Choices Do I Have?
As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of future InfoX customer convenience features.

InfoX does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use InfoX only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you choose to visit InfoX, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages and application of the law of the state of Ohio. If you have any concern about privacy at InfoX, please send us a thorough description to infox@lcna.org, and we will try to resolve it. This Notice and the Conditions of Use may change, and use of information that we gather now is subject to the Privacy Notice in effect at the time of use. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, but you should check our web site frequently to see recent changes.
