Can I request a "rush" delivery of my order?

The answer is typically "yes".  We gladly attempt to fill orders to our customer wishes. How do I pay for my order?

The most convenient method of payment is through PayPal. Our on-line checkout process guides you though the process of paying using the PayPal service. You can also pay for our resources via a check or money order drawn on a US financial institution.

If you are a return customer in good standing, we will invoice you for the charges due when we send your order.

New customers should remit the payment amount due along with the order confirmation email. Your order will be processed and shipped upon receipt of this payment.

Can I pay for my order in Canadian funds?

We request that all payments for Canadian orders be via a money order or check issued by a US financial institution in US dollars. Our bank will not process a check or money order issued by a Canadian financial institution in either Canadian or US funds. Online payments using PayPal are accepted and are transacted at the current currency conversion rate.

How are Canadian orders mailed?

As Canadians are aware, mail to Canada from the US can be painfully slow. We mail Canadian orders via airmail, which takes approximately 4-7 days to arrive at the destination. We can send orders via Global Priority Mail if 3-4 day delivery is required. You will be invoiced separately for the Global Priority Mail charges above and beyond the normal published shipping charges. We cannot be responsible for delays in Canadian Customs.
